17th Floor Waikiki Royal Gardens Suite w/Pool

This is a legal privately owned suite at The Royal Gardens, a Wyndham property, in the Heart of Waikiki.

Offering a Brand New Queen Bed plus a futon so the suite can comfortably sleep 3 guests.
We have a kitchenette with, Microwave, 2 burner stovetop, Coffee maker, kettle and all dishware, glasses & pots and pans to cook a light meal.
The property is located close to the Ala Wai cancel for leisurely walks and close to Fort DeRussey Beach & Park, Waikiki Shops and restaurants are a 5-8 min walk.

Our location:
The property is located close to The Ala Wai canal and Fort DeRussey park - A quieter area of Waikiki and as you can see from the entry and hallway photos is a stunning & Ornate European style Wyndham property - We are in easy walk into the hustle and Bustle of Waikiki with all the shops and restaurants it has to offer.

Getting around:
Uber & Lyft both operate in Honolulu and are an ideal way to get to and from HNL airport. Our buses have their own app (TheBus Oahu) for smart phones and are clean reliable and cover the entire island again including to and from Honolulu airport.
Should you choose instead to rent a car expect most daily parking to be around $30 per day - That includes the 'cash only' valet parking at our property.

There was a nice bedroom with a large bathroom and a tiny kitchenette. It was a bit tricky to cook there but it was functional. A couple of light bulbs were out and a floor lamp was not working. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Close to everything

Short walk to shopping, restaurants and beach in Waikiki. Bring cash for valet parking. (40 bucks a day). Shower fixture was a little unusual. Beauriful view, cute little room

Small but has most everything

This unit is a little older and needs some maintenance but it has the most comfortable mattress we have slept on in a hotel. That alone would bring us back! One thing we would recommend are black out drapes as the city lights and sunlight are quite bright.

Great location, good building amenities and the unit has a lot of potential but needs some TLC and updating. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, when I arrived it was not clean. But management was great to deal with and provided a prompt resolution.

Convenient

Convenient studio in a good location with everything you need for a single or a couple. We enjoyed our stay. Check-in process is a bit clunky with no early check-in available, but it works. Air conditioning struggles to keep the place cool. That plus blockout curtains would be my only suggested improvements down the track. Thanks for letting us stay.
