The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of parking for 7 cars in the driveway.

Other Things to Note:
• Ring cameras at the front and side of home
• Noise level monitoring on back patio
• Please note that a $75 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
• We charge $25 per day for pool heating (must be heated for the entire reservation). The heater will be set to 86 degrees and it is not able to be adjusted. The heaters ability to heat the water to 86 degrees is dependent on the outdoor air temperature and humidity. If the outdoor air temperature drops below 70 degrees the pool heater may not be able to reach the preset temperature of 86 degrees. This is a large pool which takes up to 48 hours to heat up so please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated. We do not offer any refunds on pool heat if mother nature doesn't cooperate. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Good Location / Place - Can be improved

House was great, we did have some issues with plumbing (Shower would not drain) but was addressed rather quickly. The pool also had some issues that took longer so was not able to utilize the entire stay. I understand a house under a VRBO will take lots of abuse, so maintenance up to date can be improved, I think. OVERALL HAPPY with the trip and place.

Wonderful family vacation

This property was great for several families to stay together. The property was clean, plenty of room for parking and a very nice pool area. The only complaint was the grill was difficult to light and the oven smoked when turned on. We did do some cooking there, so this was not ideal.

Beautiful house in a great location!

This house was absolutely beautiful! We took a group of 17 people and the house fit everyone comfortably. It's a beautiful area and close to the beach. We were in the area for an event so I wish we could've enjoyed the house amenities more such as the pool and game room. Unfortunately there was an extra $20 per person per night fee for over 12 people that was not included in the listing nor in our checkout, so we had to pay an extra $400 that was unexpected. I would suggest they make that clear in the listing being that the house can sleep plenty more than that. The microwave and AC also did not work when we arrived. However, John promptly got back to me and fixed the AC within the hour! He also was kind enough to allow us to check in a little early. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend for larger groups.

Annual trip.

We had 16 in our group, kids and adults. This house was perfect. There was plenty of space for all of us.The kids enjoyed the game room but the pool was a big hit. We spent most of the time in the pool.

Family Summer Vacation & 40th Birthday

The house was beautiful and spacious. We stayed at this property for our family vacation and my 40th birthday weekend. The house is close to Anna Maria Island, I love to do active activities so my son and I biked there several times it was about an 8 mile bike ride and we enjoyed it. The pool was great, there was many mosquitos but we just made sure we had bug spray. The grill was great I didn't want a big party so we grilled for my birthday. There was Publix about 5 minutes away which I also walked to, and I enjoyed all my evening walks. We did have some problems with coffee maker and locating hand soap but Joe was responsive. There was plenty of pool towels and regular towels. The decor of the house was beautiful. I do think it is important if traveling with a big group that some of the beds available are bunk beds that are counted as beds in the listing just in case you have people that can't sleep on the top bunk. We had pizza from Danny's Pizzeria and it was amazing. The place had a wonderful wine chiller fridge. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

It is very hard to find a 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms private home in this NW Bradenton area with all space and parking need for large families or multi families. We can sleep 20+ comfortably and more if needed
