clean comfortable space just minutes from world class resorts, spas, restaurants, events, shopping and hiking etc. 3.3 miles from TPC AT Scottsdale Fairmont Princess which hosts the Waste Management Golf Tournament (best PGA golf tournament on tour). 4.4 miles from Westworld and Barrett Jackson (best car auction in US). 23 miles to State Farm stadium and Super Bowl this year!! Old town Scottsdale is only 17 miles away.
Quiet friendly family neighborhood to enjoy your time in the desert. The pool is not heated but refreshing to cool off in when the sun is shining. Multiple hiking trials minutes from the house.
We do have a noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am. Please respectful of the neighbors. The garage unfortunately is not available at this time
