New Zagreb apartment in a residential building from 2019. 1 minute walk to tram station on Vukovarska street. 10 min walking distance from main railway station and main bus station. 10 min tram ride to city centre or 15-20min walking distance. It has everything two people will need to feel comfortable. Apartment is on the first floor of the building. There is a small balcony as well. On the property of the building there is space to park your car.

There are no big buildings in the neighbourhood, only family homes. It is very safe part of the town. It is warm, cozy and quite but also next to the Vukovarska street and the tram. Everything in the apartment is new. Great quality bed and mattress, sheets and bed linen. There is a TV that connects to the internet and free Wi-fi. Parking next to the building is free.

In the toilet there are spare set of towels, as well as shampoo and hair drier.

Location of the apartment is perfect for the tourists because it is only few minutes away from the city centre by tram, and 30 min walking distance. Only one tram station away to get to the railway and a huge shopping centre called Importane, that is next to the famous Lisinski hall.

We make sure your stay is pleasant by making sure everything in the apartment is very clean. We also recommend restaurants and places to visit while you are staying here so you can easily find what you need.

We also provide in the apartment toilet paper, washing detergent and softener, battery light, hand soap, shower gels, dish soap, slippers.

This neighbourhood is amazing because there is an grocery store next to the apartment, as well as bakery where you can buy many pastries, also juices, water or coffee to go. There is also the cutest 5 star restaurant 5 min walk from the apartment as well as a McDonalds. It is very close to the city centre, 20 min walk or by taking a tram, which is a minute walk from the apartment.
