Recently fully remodeled home. Three blocks to Southside Village, Morton's Market, fantastic shops and restaurants.
Beautiful Arlington Park is down the street with pool, tennis, walking trails and dog park. 7 Minute Drive to Siesta Key or Downtown.
**We love and welcome small dogs in our home. We need them declared at the time of booking. There is a small pet fee.

We are transplants from Naperville IL outside of Chicago. We expanded from one home on ABNB to over 8 five star family retreats. We love Sarasota's mix of arts and beach with fine dining to top it off
Why they chose this property
The Arlington Park neighborhood is by far the most popular neighborhood because of its proximity to everything. The neighborhood has combines new multi million dollar homes with original Florida homes for a perfect balance. We kept the Florida charm by modernizing as a full rehab rather than replacing this homes great bones.
