About this property

1004A Romar House a three-bedroom two two-bathroom property on the 10th floor looks over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and accommodates 8 easily. The comfy décor welcomes you. The living room is a great place to relax and unwind after a sunny beach day. The fully equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, an under-counter ice machine, bar seating, and an open dining room has a place for all your guests. The large primary bedroom continues the beach chic décor featuring a king bed and more spectacular views. Step out of the main bedroom to the balcony with outdoor seating! The primary bath is private with a walk-in shower. The secondary guest bedrooms each have two double beds and share the hall bath with a tub-shower combination. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. The laundry has a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palm trees, and a gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, a BBQ area, and tennis courts.

Additional parking (beyond 2 spaces) for other vehicles/trailers/ etc. will need to be arranged off-site and are not included in the rental pricing.

*** The minimum age requirement is 25 to reserve and must be present the entire stay

*** This is a non-smoking property * No smoking in the property, on the balconies, or the premise

***the HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting next week on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

***No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Girls getaway

Overall great stay! Relaxing vacation. Beautiful view!! Suggestion for future renters, start talking to them a week before stay, communication is slow and lacking information. Bring toilet paper (only had one roll), bring Kleenex (none provided). Toaster is not working and lacking cookware. Skillet very warped.

Great STAY!

Property very clean, beautifully decorated, very roomy with plenty of beds and sinks for everyone to get ready. Beds comfortable. All amenities needed. Location and complex great. Will rent here again. Only 2 parking passes but we found a place to park extra cars that was very close that was cheap.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Beautiful home and perfect for a family trip. Staff for this rental is punctual and easy to work with. We had one issue with our parking passes not arriving and Jane was very quick to respond and resolve the problem, even after hours. The Romar House property and beach is wonderful and not so crowded.
