About this property

1006B Romar House is a three bedroom, two bathroom property on the 10th floor overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and accommodates 6 guests quite comfortably.

Lose yourself in comfort and style as the open floor plan from the kitchen, dining room, and living room of 1006B, draws your attention to the spectacular views of the Gulf. With it's large sectional sofa, classic, crisp style, plenty of dining seating, a bar area with sleek granite counter top, under counter ice machine and beverage cooler, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances complete this properties amenities.

The main bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom with granite counters, a double sink and tiled walk in shower. Step out of the bedroom to the balcony with outdoor seating and views for miles. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tiled jetted tub / shower combination. There is a washing machine and dryer for guest convenience.

Romar House invites with manicured landscaping, palms trees, and gated entrance will have guests returning year after year. Amenities include outdoor pools, swim up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts.

No trailers, boats, jet skis, or campers are allowed parking at Romar House.

Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc., will need to be arranged off site and are not included in the rental pricing.

***the HOA of Romar House will embark on a significant project, replacing the northside exterior railings for 1 and 6-stack units in the A and B buildings. This endeavor, starting next week on 04/15/24, is expected to last approximately six weeks.

***Two parking passes only are provided per reservation; the cost is $120.00 for both passes. One parking place is marked with the property number in the covered parking area. Please note that the cost of parking passes is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.

Great stay

We were very happy with this condo. I was slightly nervous since it had few reviews, but overall had very few complaints. Our favorite things about the condo we're the layout, the spacious balcony, the well stocked kitchen, the very large and comfortable sectional, the large dining table, multiple fridges for drinks plus an ice maker, and extra blankets/pillows. I think the condo was very clean overall. The complex had construction on the entryway making unloading and loading up our van slightly challenging but not a huge deal.

Cleaning staff needs a change

We love Orange Beach and Romar House Condos. We have stayed here many times. Unfortunately, this time, our unit was severely lacking in cleanliness. We had never stayed in this actual unit before. Black mold was present in the master shower grout, and the floor of the shower looked like it had never been scrubbed. There was dried urine around the bottom of the master bath toilet...GROSS! My mom went to take a bath in the jetted tub. When she turned on the jets, tons of black stuff came out of the jets. There was no extra toilet paper in either bathroom. There was mildew on the cushions on the balcony. The unit would've been great if the cleaning staff had done their jobs. It was a very nice unit with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. I really hate to leave a review like this because we love Romar House and have never had a bad experience at this set of condos. IT JUST NEEDED TO BE CLEANED PROPERLY!
