The house was perfect for a family of 4 visiting for a football Saturday. We stayed 4 nights and we always felt comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and working appliances. We had breakfasts in and it was great. Roku TV was easy to use. Washer and Dryer came in handy and let us pack a little lighter. The HVAC was in great working order and plenty of towels and linens. The house looked recently renovated, very clean and tidy. Ashley the owner was very easy to communicate with through vrbo and always prompt in replying. We will definitely be coming back for future visits if it's available.

Lovely property extremely convenient

Family of 4 stayed for a December UMich grad weekend. House was perfect, owner very responsive and flexible. Excellent location. Was a great stay in this immaculate and well-stocked home.

More comfortable than a hotel room

Perfect little home with everything you need close to downtown and campus. Incredibly comfortable and clean for a long weekend visiting with family or going to a game.

Really clean, close to the stadium. Really expensive , but I guess that's to be expected on a football weekend. Great neighborhood. We actually walked almost everywhere. I would certainly recommend this place.

We had a really wonderful stay in this home. Check-in was easy, the property was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the blackout curtains in one of the bedrooms contributed to a great night's sleep. We loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood with our 2 dogs, and the fenced in back yard was a perfect place for the dogs to run around safely. We were so happy to

Visiting our son

We wanted to visit our son who just moved to Ann Arbor and needed a 2 Bedroom place. This was the perfect location as it was only minutes to his apartment and right down the street from campus and the Big House. So many restaurants and shops all around. It was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Great 2 bedroom in the heart of Ann Arbor!

This property was great. We needed a few days out of the house with the dogs while some loud work was being done on our place. This was the perfect location. Fully fenced yard and adjacent to Allmendinger Park, this place worked perfectly. Check in and check out were straight forward. If you're looking for a great place, within easy walking distance of Michigan Stadium and downtown, this is a great option!
