Cute place for a weekend away

We were coming for our friend’s wedding in Oregon, and all the hotels and things were booked up. We happened upon this cute little place, super clean and updated, with a full kitchen. The only downside is that it was so hot this weekend and there isn’t AC. We came prepared with our own fan, due to a previous review of the place I had read. There was a fan provided, but I’m not sure if it was broken or if it was us, but we couldn’t get it to work. Overall it was great and it’s right next to this cute bakery that’s apparently very popular. It’s also just a short drive to Hood River, which is nice.

White Salmon Stay

Great little crash pad. Bed was perfect. Nice facility. Got too hot at night and there wasn't an option to make it more comfortable. Really needs an AC unit to cool the bedroom. The barbecue was not cleaned and the cover was on the ground. Fortunately, we didn't need to use it. The little outdoor coffee table and furniture could use a wipedown, it was covered in debris.

White Salmon

The interior of the rental was great and well prepared. The location was convenient for our dining and hiking interests. Noise from the individuals living above was an issue at night and mornings. In the mornings, an black cat would loudly meow to come inside the unit ( which did not occur!)and the scrub jays would yell at it to get out of the yard. Did not use the patio as the yard was in need of attention.

White Salmon apartment

The apartment has been newly renovated and decorated with great care. It was very clean. The curbside appeal was not the best as the entrance was through the alley to the basement in the backside of the house. The inside, however, was very nice.

Great Spot For Me

I was visiting our daughter and booked this apartment for 2 nights. It wasn’t just clean, it was immaculate. Bed was comfortable and it had more than enough space for me. Nice appliances and even though a lower unit it was nice and bright and had a comfy feel with the furnishings. Convenient location to White Salmons downtown area. Lindsey was a great host, responsive and helpful.
