Nice little place. Comfortable bed. Shower was nice and hot. The only thing was the house was being worked on next store. They started early and ended late in the evening. I would stay again. Thank you

Apt needs some small details fixed . The surrounding were bad. I as a Marines had no problem but others would. I lot of fix were done to upgrade the apt. The toilettes we're nice ,plus washing material were great.

Thank you for your review. A lot of thought and upgrade went into this townhouse to make it comfy and beautiful. Still have room to improve and we will. As far as our inner city surrounding, it's pretty safe and quiet. As with any place venture to far away and the characteristics may change a bit. But, we don't have issues on our quiet neighborhood. Hopefully you'll consider us again.
Property is in disrepair and the cooling system is seriously inefficient for the weather. If fans weren't sent after fighting with the host, I would have passed out trying to stay there during the summer. The floors haven't been mopped in a while and tables/night stands had nasty stuck on dirt. The living room consist of a dirty desk chair and a broken dining room chair. The host is extremely rude and clearly only cares about how much money he is getting without realizing he needs to spend the money on upkeep like fixing leaking ceiling. The neighborhood is a giant housing projects with gang activity that roams around. I walk everywhere so that was interesting. The only positive thing I can say is that you don't hear everything the neighbors do inside their units. You hear everything outside but the walls have better sound proofing than I've dealt with in townhouses.
