COCO LOCO formerly know as Pelican 54 is being updated and refreshed for renters to enjoy this beautiful home located in Larry's Harbor. Large master bedroom with three additional bedrooms. A total of 8 beds! Large rear deck with LP BBQ and views of the ICW. Satellite television, WiFi and all the amenities your family or group needs to enjoy a great time on or off the water. This home rental comes with your right to launch your boat in the Larry's Harbor private boat ramp! That's a convenient perk especially during the busy season in POC. Coco Loco has a new owner dedicated to the enjoyment of the guest.
This Unit is Not Pet Friendly
Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries (shampoo), beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

Quick Trip for a fun weekend!

We had a great time, really enjoyed #54 Pelican. My son got stung by a Yellowjacket that had nest on one of the windows outside. We contacted the property manager and they were very kind and offered to bring any medicine he may need. Thankfully we were able to handle the nest with some spray the house had on hand, and meds I had brought! The property manager came out anyway and checked on us, they were very kind. The home was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time.
