ABOUT THIS HOME: Aquamarine is an elegantly designed coastal home, located in the gated community, The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home has everything that you will need to enjoy your vacation by the sea, including a master on the main, open concept living and dining, a gas fireplace and game room. The neighborhood has tennis courts, 2 pools, and a private beach as well as plenty of beach gear to use while you're here. So, hop on the complimentary beach cruiser bikes provided and enjoy the sites along 30A.

ABOUT THE AREA: This beautiful home is in Grayton Beach which is the first beach community established in South Walton and still has its original old Florida charm. Just down the road from the house is Grayton Beach State Park. With its walking trails, coastal dunes, and sugar sand beach, it's definitely worth the visit. Also nearby is the most popular indoor destination in Grayton Beach, the Red Bar; known for its great food, cocktails, and live music amongst the eclectic décor.

BEACH ACCESS: The Preserve neighborhood has it's own private beach within walking distance from the house. It is directly across the street from the main entrance that is walking only.

If you prefer to drive, the Grayton Beach State Park, just a short distance on 30A, has plenty of parking and facilities.

PARKING: This home includes 1 covered parking space and 1-2 additional vehicles in driveway.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
• No smoking or vaping
• Renters must be 25 years of age or older
• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFI or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

Great home!

Beautiful home. Well maintained and clean. Comfortable beds. Location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do. Communication with manger was easy. Would book again.

Great summer trip!

This house was a highlight of our beach trip! Very spacious, modern, cozy and beachy! Our family spent a lot of time on the porch, and we loved the big kitchen! The garage was full of beach gear which was very handy for us. Property management was responsive and helpful! Included a free bonfire!Overall- 5 stars! The only thing I would note is that the beach is a bit of a walk, and you do have to walk a bit down the beach to get to where you are allowed to setup. It was about 5 minutes. We would do it again, but it may not be desirable for some.

Thank you 30a Beach Girls great hospitality!

We knew nothing of this location before but the house was wonderfully clean, well stocked and close to everything you'd need. Everyone at 30a beach girls was readily available and beyond helpful when the internet went down. I am certainly coming back here, thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Mixed Review/Lovely Home

My review is mixed. The house is lovely and was very clean, well stocked both in kitchen and for the beach! I wish I had known this, bc I would not have rented chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. You can rent umbrellas and chairs that they will set up for you at private beach when you arrive. House is in a neighborhood away from crowds and we very much liked this. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful! Challenges: We arrived around 4:30 pm and house was still being cleaned. Management was there and apologetic bc it had been a busy week. We were then told by her that she wasn’t sure we would have use of the golf cart (even though it was advertised that it came with house) b/c of changing rules?) We never heard anything else about it so we used it as planned. Other frustration—changing gate codes and having to reach out to management several times on first day to inquire about it when codes didn’t work. The walk to the private beach is quite long. This would NOT be a good location for small kids or elderly. The designated private beach for The Preserve at Grayton is not right when you get off the walk way— you have to walk an additional 100 yards to set up. This was not communicated to us through management. We found out after setting up and then we’re told we needed to move after being there for 2 hours. Having said that, the private beach is nice and was never crowded. No bathroom there. You will need to go to public beach if that is an issue.
