This mountainside retreat is ideal for those wanting to enjoy nature. Feel free to bring your snowmobiles too, as there is plenty of space for them or a trailer. On top of that, you are conveniently located near several trails and the waterfront, so take your pick between exploring the area, going on hikes, or casting a line to fish. Girdwood is also only a short drive away and sports scenic views of Glacier Creek. While there, give the Girdwood Disc Golf course a try with your friends and then relax at one of its nearby restaurants or breweries.

Back at your vacation home, settle down in the spacious living area and start a cozy fire. The included TV and children's games ensure you'll all always have something fun to do together. If you'd prefer to frolic outdoors, the sizable yard certainly encourages it. The well-equipped, full kitchen and its many amenities will help you make the perfect dinner for everyone, which you can enjoy in the dining area with a pristine outside view thanks to the wide windows. This property has a long-term rental on the first floor. The Monarch Mine short-term rental unit occupies the second floor and loft.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
