Luxury Ski and Mountain Retreat! Hot Tub!

Looking to get away in one of the world’s highest ranked ski towns? We are proud to offer our pent-house, corner-unit, modern condo as a luxurious and convenient home away from home.

Located just a couple of minutes away from world-class Alyeska Resort, our condo is walking distance of local coffee shops, a yoga studio, restaurants, bistros, and our local brewery and grocery store. A convenient shuttle is available 7 days (and nights) a week and a stop is just a minute walk from the condo entrance.

Our condo features an open floor-plan with two spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the main living space to ensure comfort and privacy. Our master bedroom features a king bed outfitted in resort style linens and an en-suite walk-in closet and a large, his-and-her bathroom. There is a private door that leads to the unit’s balcony with a hot tub.

The guest bedroom features a full-sized bunk bed (both levels) with a trundle option. There is also a private entrance to the guest bathroom.

Both bedrooms have multiple windows with Mountain views (we supply laundered and sanitized eye masks for our midnight sun). TVs are available in each bedroom with Amazon Fire to access your favorite streaming services. Each bathroom features deep bathtubs to add the perfect touch to a relaxing evening.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, and everything you need for a home-cooked meal. An electric indoor/outdoor grill allows for cooking out or staying in (stored in our garage). Our open-concept dining area seats six.

The living space also includes a single person sofa-sleeper, electric fireplace, in-floor heat, plenty of seating, and access to the unit’s balcony with private hot tub.

Parking is open in the parking area surrounding the unit (indoor parking is not always available).

Great location and clean

We had a good stay at the condo - amazing location and we loved the large space. We had a couple hiccups though - there weren't sheets available for the twin trundle bed and I think my daughter was allergic to the cow hide rug! Overall, more linens (both sheets and towels) would be helpful for larger groups using the space.

Amazing Location and Space

This rental couldn't be in a better location for exploring Aleyska, Girdwood and the greater area. The unit is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect place for recovering after adventuring. Easy walk to town and several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store without a 1 to 2 blocks.

Home away from home!

This was our third time at your condo. It was just as fabulous as the first two times. The condo is very comfortable and cozy and has all the amenities we might need. Thanks for such a lovely place to get away. I am sure we will be back!

Family Fun

A beautiful condo in a cute town, close to Aleyska ski resort. Beautiful location & drive. Close to Whittier for fishing charters. Close to Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Did the Portage Glacier cruise & hiked around Chugatch National Forest. The condo was in the perfect location, about 45 minutes from the Anchorage airport. Loved it!

Rental as promised except for hot tub. Owner reached out to notify us 10 days prior to stay that hot tub might not be operational. Was not willing to adjust daily rate or compensate for lack of hot tub.

Hot house, warm tub

The condo unit was nice enough and well accommodated and clean, however, there were only two window screens in the bedrooms (one in each) and none in the living room area resulting in a very warm and stuffy experience. We couldn't just leave the patio door open (no sliding screen door here) because of the many insects that would fly in. Leaving the windows in the bedrooms open was the best solution, however that only offered a small relief. We were also not told that a maintenance crew would be working on the exterior of the unit (third floor). My wife and I were taking a nap and woke up to a crewman in our window in a bucket lift. We had planned to enjoy the hot tub that afternoon, but the crew spent 2 1/2 hours working on the balcony. When we finally tried to enjoy the hot tub, we found the water tepid and the jets weak although we tried to adjust the temp and the power to the jets. I understand that AC is not a normal accommodation in Alaskan homes, but the lack of a screen door to allow the outside air to circulate into the living room was just not acceptable. It does get warm in the Alaskan summer with the extend daylight hours.

Alaska Summer Vacation

Our family of 3 stayed here during our family vacation to the Anchorage area during June 2021. The check-in process was super easy, the owners were extremely clear with the instructions, and it went really smoothly. Communication with the owners was superb. We let them know that we were checked in, but that the lock containing the keys was a bit stubborn, and they actually changed it out the 2nd day we were there. They also came and installed blackout curtains for us during our stay, as they wanted to get them in before we came, but the order was delayed. This was a great help, since the sun didn't set until 11:30 when we were there! The condo itself was impeccable. We had everything we needed to come back to after our adventures during the day. My 10 year old loved having our own hot tub on the balcony (Dad and Mom did as well). The furniture was comfortable, and with 3 couches/love seats, there was more than enough space. The kitchen was stocked with every tool/utensil you would need if you didn't feel like going out to eat, and the Mercantile was just a couple minutes away to get some supplies. The condo is also situated in an area of town that we were able to walk to a coffee shop and several restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Girdwood is also a great home base for either going into Anchorage, or further down into Seward, Whittier, etc. Overall, we loved the condo and being able to spread out and relax after we explored the different parts of our Alaskan adventure. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Condo just down the street from Alyeska Resort, about 5 minutes away. Condo was very nice and well equipped. Everything that you would need to prepare a meal in the kitchen and even some extras, like spices and condiments. There was a very small grocery store just down the street that had the essentials. Beds and lines were great and comfortable. The hot tub on the porch was used by my kids after a day of hiking. Washer, Dryer, and detergent in the unit was nice and allowed us to do a load of laundry on our longer Alaskan vacation. Enough space for our family in the unit for a couple of days while we spent time in the Girdwood area. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Senior Trip

We made Girdwood our base camp for exploring the upper Kenai Peninsula and Anchorage areas. Had a wonderful week. The condo was easy to access, plenty of space for our group of 3. Soaking in the hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking, biking, or boating was absolutely wonderful. Brant was easy to work with and quick to respond. Thank you!
