This condo has everything you need and more, including welcome snacks and everything you need for the bathroom/shower. Location is also perfect- easy drive to town and near a dock that rents fishing gear. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

We booked this condo at the last minute. We always enjoy staying in this area. The property manager was excellent at communication! The property was very clean, and exactly what we were looking for! I give the owner and property 5 stars! The only thing to note is that you do not have access to the Fall Creek Swimming area, which I probably misread somewhere. Other than that, we will definitely use this property again! Thank you for a great time!

Thanks for the great review. We have been trying diligently to get access to that swimming area. It belongs to Fall Creek Ii and not our condos. But we'll keep trying. I'll keep you posted.

Cozy Cottage!

Really Cute property - tight and cozy, but we enjoyed staying here for our week in Branson. The host was great and gave us helpful hints on navigating Branson - my teenagers really enjoyed the loft/living room discussions they had. There are games to play with the kids in the closet, even an old school Atari in the loft bedroom. The best part, for me, was that the AC works fabulously. Coming back to the unit after a day in the son to some cold AC was wonderful :) Would recommend - 5 stars!!

Cutest place ever

This condo is on the smaller size, great for small family. Only probables is it is on upper floor. Not good for my 91 y/o mom. But that is my fault for reserving it. For the price it is wonderful.

Quick get away

The location was in close proximity to downtown Branson which was great. The size was great and the place had plenty of room for our family Of 5. There were several games available and a nice deck to sit on. The place was decently clean with exception of the popcorn inside of the blankets that were in the closet and come candy in the couch. The couch mattress was terribly thin and uncomfortable but it is a pull out couch so I don’t put much into that. The carpet area had 2 raised nails (kitchen and living room) which I sliced my toe open on and that was disclosed to the property owner. There was no first aid kit available in the home and no apologies or concern for the injury. It was more of a response like - I was just there and didn’t see any so yes please send me a picture so I can fix it. I messaged the property owner to make them aware we were leaving a day early. On the road I realized we had the parking pass and I messaged immediately asking if I can mail it to the P.O. Box in the tag to avoid the fee and would provide proof of it being mailed and have yet to hear from them. So I guess we will be receive the 50 fee. We did everything they required on checkout and for the most part it was pleasant with the exception of what was listed above.

Made a quick visit to Branson to see a show. Condo was excellent. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet and out of the hustle and bustle of Branson. Had no issues.

Your home away from home includes:

Bedroom 1, located on the ground floor, has a King size bed, TV, closet, full bathroom with shower and a double vanity. Enjoy the spa like atmosphere while relaxing in your full size tub.

Bedroom 2, located on the second floor, has a master suite with a king bed. In addition to being very spacious, this room has a TV, large closet to better accommodate your luggage and clothing and a private bathroom.

KITCHEN
Our kitchen is located down stairs in the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, dishware, flatware, cooking utensils, blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, etc.

DINING ROOM
Our dining room, only steps from the kitchen has a 6 seater square table where the family can enjoy a home cooked meal after a day of fun and adventures.

LIVING ROOM /ENTERTAINMENT
Our living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, two armchairs, a large TV, free Wi-Fi and a host of videos, table and board games for entertainment. There is a pack n' play and games for smaller children.

BALCONY
The balcony is located right outside the kitchen/dining room area. The balcony is furnished and includes an electric grill, great for barbequing and outside dining.

LAUNDRY
We have a washer and dryer, in addition to an electric iron, ironing board, and hangers in closets.

DETAILS
NEW bedding and nautical inspired decor'. Central air conditioning and heating. Comfortable beds with clean sheets, blankets, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

FISHING
Fall Creek Marina is only .5 miles away from the front door. Enjoy their boat launch, boat rentals, fishing tackle, and professional guide services.

GOLFING
We are located only 10 miles from Branson Hill Golf Club.
