We stayed at the lakehouse first week of July.The hosts, Stephen and Rachel were great and made us welcome.The location is great easy access to our activities.On the fourth we were able to see multiple fireworks displays around the lake.We highly recommend this rental

Great fishing stay

Great property managed by an awesome couple who are vary responsive. We came with five adults and four vehicles (two were hauling boats). Plenty of available parking and the State boat launch is only 10 minutes down the road. Very convenient location with a Dollar General and Stewart’s gas station really close as well. Can’t give this a better rating. We have stayed here two years in a row, and just booked again for next year!

Perfect!

We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll in. I highly recommend renting! Thank you!!

No beach. House was very dark inside. Area not very convenient as no grocery store for 16 miles. Local restaurants were poor. Good bakery in town though. Hoping for more of a town. Subscription only tv, internet was okay. Front walkway uneven so couldnt roll suitcases.

beautiful location and house

This house was perfect for me. Very close to the lake with an unobstructed view of the water. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood so my stay was peaceful. Just like I wanted! The inside was immaculate and comfortable. I am quite certain I will return for another visit next spring.

A Lovely Getaway Place

Decor was everything you would ever want We slept like logs......excellent beds and bedding. Furniture was comfortable and appropriate. We found that all of the autumn decorations made the house comfortable and it felt homey. The walk from the driveway to the front door was treacherous for 2 of the 4 80 year-old adults. The steps were hard to negotiate. Needs handrail that is not covered with bush branches. Glad that we went there!

Wonderful Lake House

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lake house. The host was always available to answer any questions and was nearby. The house was stocked full of amenities (including air conditioning) and was accurate as pictured in the listing. We enjoyed all the games that were left for us to play as well! The listing makes it seem like it's a longer walk to the lake than it really is. They have a great big level yard (with an amazing view) and it wasn't a far walk at all. Thanks for letting us rent out your home and hope to stay there again next time we are in town.

We had a great stay last week. The house is well equipped. The beds and furniture are very comfortable, my wife fell in love with the recliner. The weather was great all week which gave us plenty of time to relax on the large deck and enjoy the view of the lake. We met one of the owners and enjoyed talking with him. He is a very nice guy. The only problem we had was that the 7 days went too fast.

Cute Lake House

We enjoyed our stay in this cute lake house. The house was perfect for what we needed, here for SU graduation weekend. The view is great and we ate dinner on the spacious deck while looking at the water. Very peaceful!
