Spacious Stratton Mountain Home - Perfect for families!

Situated in the Strattonwald neighborhood, this home offers a convenient location to Stratton and Bromley Mountain. Our property is pet-friendly (with an additional fee) so you don't have to leave your best friend behind. The great room features vaulted ceilings, beautiful natural light, and a cozy pellet stove to gather around while you watch the snowflakes fall. With 4 bedrooms and a den, there is space to spread out and relax. The large mudroom with industrial boot/glove dryer makes organizing your gear a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of having a home base for all your mountain adventures this season. Perfect location for mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, skiing and more.

This property has 3 levels, the lowest level being perfect for kids. There is a sectional couch, smart TV, darts and pellet stove. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The ground floor has a queen bedroom with large closet, and two rooms that have sets of bunk beds (twin over full, twin over twin). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO RAILING ON UPPER BUNKS.

There is a winter weekend/holiday shuttle available for longer term guests. Please message me privately in regards to long term rentals.

SUMMER RENTERS - There is a neighborhood pond and tennis courts less than a mile down the road that is exclusive to our neighborhood. This is reserved for long term renters or residents only.

We had an amazing time in this home. It was just we were looking for. It's not especially fancy, but it was neat and clean, centrally located, and very big. It's basically at the bottom of the Stratton access road. Our host was super accommodating and we will definitely be renting again.

Great family place near Stratton. Nice and private in the woods.

Enjoyed every minute. It rained a lot so we spent a good deal of comfortable time in the home. Everything you need is there.

Great ski home!!

This was an awesome house for 12 friends all on a ski weekend together. The home was so cozy and spacious and less than 10 minutes go the mountain! Would definitely rent again for next year’s trip. Kevin was so quick to respond to our questions as well!

Solid location, good for group ski trips

Good location probably a 10ish min drive from the mountain but right next off a main road with 711, markets, etc. Can walk to if you need to. Plenty of space in the house with a good basement and double bunk rooms. Seems like it would be a great setup for a couple families with kids. Common area setup is good for relaxing and watching a game after skiing

Great Ski House

Great place to stay if you're planning to ski at Stratton. It is just a short drive to the mountain. Kevin was super responsive and the check-in process was smooth. Plenty of room for a larger group (6-8 people). It was also stocked with pots, pans etc if you're planning on doing any cooking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin close to Stratton mountain

We had a great time in this place, house beautiful as the pictures, very clean and it’s only 9 min driving to Stratton mountain so it’s very convenient if your planning to ski. Kevin was amazing, and very responsive with answering questions. Highly recommend.
