An amazing and versatile beach house with fun for the whole family. This beautiful and private house is located only 5 mins away from downtown ixtapa- the marina, beautiful beaches, mini golf, and amazing seafood restaurants.

Relax by our pool while grilling out or grab our kayaks and head to the Laguna for a day in the sun- adventure is waiting for you in this house. For your family's enjoyment we have: beach towels, pool toys, pool noodles, sand umbrellas, body boards, kayaks, fishing gear, bikes, and more.

It was really nice

It was a great location to be in - service is just a short bus ride to town which is very easily taken from the condo gate - the house was nice but did not expect no running hot water - showers were not what expected - toiletries could have been more available - pool area could have been a bit cleaner - water was usually low and a bit cloudy most days - water was not circulating most days - over all it’s a good place to stay

we do state in our listing that we do not have hot water as most places in Ixtapa don't need it due to the weather. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay other than that.

Very good overall

Slight delay with check in but small error was fixed. Bikes were not fit for riding and that was one question we did not get answered and bikes were a reason we chose this property. So we rented bikes and rode. Bike paths are great as is bus system. Communication was solid otherwise. Pool and outdoor area well maintained. BBQ needed supplies. Interior was as advertised and clean. Extra maid service was appreciated. Location is good. If you don’t like public transportation or biking, taxis are always available too. Closest beach is 20 minute walk.
