very disappointed

there was trash in the front and back yard; coffee maker broken; couch had a torn cushion and the rest were horribly uncomfortable with no other chairs other than a dining room chair so there was nowhere to rest and watch tv or visit. had a garage but no garage door opener. the thermastat keep going back to 62 at night no matter where i set it and it was winter. customer service was amazing which made it all the more upsetting with the substandard conditions of this unit.
