Location, Location!! This sweet cottage is located in the heart of Historical Northwood Village. Just 1 block to restaurants, shops, the famous Flagler drive along the waterfront. Palm Beach Island and the most gorgeous beaches are just a short drive. A perfect spot for a fun vacation. Updated kitchen, huge backyard, comfortable beds, elegant furnishings and well equipped. Close to the airport, you don't even need a car.
Northwood Village will charm you so much you won't want to leave!
The space
Hardwood floors, open floor plan; cozy, stylish furnishings. The living room, dining room and kitchen all work in harmony with each other. Each bedroom is spacious, comfy beds with blackout shades for an excellent nights sleep; and we have 1.5 baths to make the stay more enjoyable. There is access from the yellow bedroom to the back yard and kitchen has a door leading to the enormous back yard! Perfect for you 2 and 4 legged babies:) We are completely fenced in.
The kitchen is well equipped, with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The laundry room has 2 bikes for your enjoyment and beach chairs as well.
Everything is updated and in great condition.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all your towels prior to your exit. If you can throw them in the dryer that would be great. Towels take the longest for our turnovers.
Take out all your trash. You will see the bins under the carport. Sun & Wed are trash nights. Take the large brown bin to the back of the property, put on the alley through the back gate. DO NOT LOCK
Sun eve put out recycling on the front curb. Blue is glass and cans, yellow is carboard & paper items. Take in all bins after pick up. Thanks.
