We needed to get out of the hotel we were in and found this gem close to the city and the beaches. Perfect location and so beautiful and very private. We loved being next to the park so we could run every day. Wonderful place to stay. We would love to go back.

Cute Cottage

We had a wonderful time at Negril Escape. It was very clean, had comfortable beds, plenty of towels, cups, glasses - everything we needed. The pool was wonderful; the landscaping makes the yard very private. The neighborhood is safe and we were able to walk to downtown restaurants and couple museums. I would definitely stay here again.

the sweetest host

my kids loved the pool, mom & dad loved the grill, very nice neighborhood and the AC worked so well we had to turn it off occasionally lol . . nice safe clean place, and as an added layer of security the fact that the fire department is directly across the street gave me a little peace of mind - and the host was helpful and gracious throughout - thanks for making our trip memorable!

This home was everything! It was comfortable and cozy! The family enjoyed the pool and the baby items made our stay extremely manageable! Parking was ok, only because it was a little rough trying to pull in and out. Overall, wish we coulda stayed longer

Great Communication, but home needs some TLC

We recently stayed at this property and had mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the host was communicative and responsive throughout our stay, which we greatly appreciated. The house was well stocked with bedding, towels, and some thoughtful extras like a pack n play and bassinet. The cable and internet worked flawlessly, and the grill was clean and ready to use with plenty of propane. However, the property didn’t fully meet our expectations, especially given the price point. While the photos online were enticing, the reality didn’t match the current condition of the home. Several areas felt run down, with sticking doors, warped flooring, and a shower door that looked unstable. The kitchen cabinets were loose, and one was hanging. The front door didn’t close properly and lacked a security lock, which was concerning. The yard, particularly around the pool, was overgrown and not well-maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled to keep up, and the beds and cooking pans were in need of an upgrade. Overall, while we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, we feel that the property would benefit from some updates to match the listing photos and justify the price.

It took 4 days for plumber to assess lukewarm guest shower and still not corrected. (Plumber No Show- twice) Pool needed to be cleaned upon arrival. Ran out of “week supply” of TP and paper towels, in three days, no tissues or kitchen towels. and was told to purchase or would be assessed for use of back up supply.

Very nice, cozy house and location was perfect! Very short drive to the beach and from downtown.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The pool was a great asset, especially for the kids. The house was very clean and smelled great the entire time. I loved the coziness of the house. The location of the house to the beach was perfect. Very close to the beach and downtown West Palm near the intracoastal. I had messaged the property manager several times even before booking the property and received responses very quickly! My only suggestion for this house is to have the water temperature checked for the showers as each time we showered the water temp continued to go from hot to cold the entire time, but that is my only suggestion! Everything else about this house was great! We all enjoyed our stay very much!

This house has everything you need!

Our vacation at Negril Escape was fantastic! Cheri responded to my questions very quickly and was very helpful. Angela, the contact during our stay, was amazing. She was available to answer all our questions and made things very easy during our stay. (Thank you Angela!) We arrived late at night to find a welcome basket of fruit with crackers and cheese. There was coffee and tea with all the fixings and even some eggs for breakfast! Now thats hospitality! The property location was was very central to City Place, Downtown, Beaches and a few different Marketplaces. The Marketplace on Clematis was great! The pool patio was great to just sit and relax and enjoy the sun! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Cheri and Angela for welcoming us and making our stay so enjoyable!

Lovely house in convenient location

Three young professionals rented the house for the summer and had a great experience! We were there for work purposes rather than vacation, but on evenings and weekends we found that the house was conveniently located near beaches, downtown West Palm Beach, City Place (shops, restaurants, bars), the Palm Beach Zoo, and a nice park. You could bike to the intracoastal waterway or Palm Beach Island, but any other beaches you would need to drive to. You're also only a few minutes away from multiple grocery stores. The house was clean when we arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the house is nicely furnished (very true to the photos in the listing). Cheri, the owner, and Angela, the property manager, were always available if we needed anything and helped resolve any issues quickly. We stayed at the house during the construction of the pool, so we were not able to use the yard (we knew this in advance), but the pool was mostly finished before we left and looks great! This will be a wonderful addition to the property. We would stay here again!

Thank you so much for an absolutely WONDERFUL time. The property and location are absolutely OUTSTANDING for our needs. I'm always looking into properties for business reasons and this worked out PERFECT for all. The close proximity to downtown, our work location and the back patio were appreciated by all. After traveling the globe and visiting multiple countries I settled into West Palm Beach. It has been home for over 15 years and I love living here. There is always so much to see and do and with the new stadium opening more live events will be available. I still frequently travel so the concierge Angela will be available as your local contact when I am out of town.

Why they chose this property

Negril Escape was named after one of my favorite cities in Jamaica. A beautiful country I encourage everyone to visit at least once. The interior design of this home encompasses both Key West and British West Indies Elements. It is a beautiful home and I hope you will enjoy your stay with us.

What makes this property unique

I really love how close this property is to downtown West Palm Beach and the intra coastal. Its about a 15 minute walk to cute downtown cafes and shopping. Also a quick bike ride to the intra coastal great for watching the fireworks on July 4th or walking to the green market on Saturday morning. Its a daily treat living in this home.

Also the home is just across the street from Grand view Public Market & The Warehouse District. Grandview Market is a culinary marketplace filled with amazing food. Such has organic acai breakfast bowls, cold pressed juices, best fried chicken, tacos, ice cream, Detroit style pizza, fresh Hawaiian poke, freshly brewed coffee and a craft cocktail bar plus a full service butcher offering pasture raised meats and fresh made sausage. Also night Farmers Market every Wednesday, Wine tasting every Thursday and live Reggae Music Sunday evenings.

Also across the street from Bikram Yoga studio. We provide yoga mats.
