About this property

This stylish, non smoking detached studio is tucked away in the back yard garden behind the main house in south Land Park. Walking distance to food, coffee shops, Raley's market, pharmacy and conveniently located close to the best of Sacramento with free and convenient street parking.
The space
Your studio is equipped with a full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven and stove top, and Keurig coffee maker with coffee. There are dishes, cooking utensils and silverware available to you during your stay. It is nicely appointed with internet, quiet heating and air conditioning, a smart TV which is logged in to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and great for walking around. There is so much to explore right here in Land Park including a public golf course, the Sacramento zoo, walking trails or explore "the grid" downtown. The State Capitol is just 4 miles away and is a must see if you've never been. Old Sacramento is also just a couple of miles away and is a fun stop to fit into your visit.

There is convenient and free street parking in front of the main house.

The studio and property are a smoke free environment. Please keep that in mind when booking as it may not be a good fit for everybody.

Nice neighborhood easy access to freeways and stores.

Awesome Stay

We stayed 4 nights over the holidays and this place was perfect to come back to after a day of being with the family! Nice soft cozy bed, warm heater and very quiet! Check in was a breeze and property manager was so helpful in getting us an extra night at very short notice. She even went back a few days later to look for an item I thought I had left there. We would stay here again and again!!

Low key Sacramento cottage

My two Bernese Mountain Dogs and I were here for AKC urban tracking tests. The weather was perfect. Sacramento has a ton of parks to practice in. The fenced cottage yard was perfect for the dogs to relax and be safe.

Perfect little spot

My husband and I needed a pet friendly place to stay in Sacramento for a friend's 50th birthday. We just needed a place to crash and a nice place to wake up. This is a really nice spacious studio and has a lovely yard full of fruit trees with plenty of room for our dog to play. The studio was very clean and best of all Cynthia has a helpful binder with everything spelled out so you don't have to go digging into the app. I wish more hosts did this!! She's thought of all things, water on the night stand and a bottle of wine in the kitchen too! Very quiet and easy to check in/out. Lots of street parking, 10 min from Old Town. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Cynthia!

Perfect gem for a couple traveling with dogs

Clean, neat, backyard guest house with a bedroom suite, well organized kitchenette with a table and a large, fenced in yard with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Bed comfortable and bathroom pristine clean with great shower, water pressure. Had the amenities of Netflix-Amazon TV & internet connection. Located in a safe neighborhood, near William Land Park. Seven minute drive away from Sacramento midtown and downtown. Owner quickly responded to a couple of questions I asked before arriving.
