If there was ever a perfect VRBO experience, Kevin and his home provided us exactly that! This home is not just cozy but also beautiful. Kevin has provided everything in his home that anyone could want or need.Also, the location is wonderful - so much to see and do in the neighborhood. We are hoping to return and enjoy Kevin's place again.

The property was clean and in excellent condition. The size of the rental was perfect for the two of us for a long weekend. The road outside the bedroom window was a little noisy, but we ran a fan and that was sufficient white noise to let us sleep peacefully. It's a little ways from downtown, but it's a pleasant walk.

Charming duplex in ideal location

This is a charming vintage 1920s unit in a duplex. The interior was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It is in a very central location in a lovely neighborhood on a gorgeous street lined with hundred-year-old sycamore trees. A delightful stay, and the host was communicative and professional. We highly recommend this place!
