The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all used blankets, towels, sheets, pillow cases in laundry room
Turn off AC/Heater before leaving.
Take out trash to side of house where trash pins are. Turn off all the lights, lock up & hang key back up in garage
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEPING on the couches
NO SMOKING in the house
No hanging out in the front yard or any interaction with the neighbors

Everything was awesome! Great location. Welcoming feel to the home. Very comfortable place to stay with our pets. We’ll stay here again the next time we come!
Our blind, toothless, high maintenance Chihuahua, Rhys. He enjoyed his stay and slept like the baby/old man that he is!

Very pleasant and welcoming home

We four ladies really enjoyed our stay in Connie's house. It was very clean with comfortable beds and bedding. The neighborhood is so quiet and conveniently located. We really, really loved the rooftop patio! We had the best view of the lights of the Strip, planes taking off and landing and sone spectacular lightning!

Beautiful Property

Everything about this property is delightful as a renter. It's clean, spacious, beautifully ( and thoughtfully) furnished. Beds are very comfortable, superb kitchen ( albeit we don't cook when in Vegas), comfortable seating, amazing rooftop terrace etc etc !!!!Location is safe and took us between 10-20 mins to drive to the Strip , depending on time of day.Owner permits well behaved pets, so our 2 dogs also enjoyed Xmas with usAll in all this was a 5star property and we will certainly return on our next Vegas trip

Cute, comfortable and convenient

In Vegas to buy a home. Our first rental cancelled on us as we were boarding the plane from North Carolina. I quickly managed to rebook and glad we did with this property and owner. We consider her our VRBO angel. Had a wonderful visit. Accommodations were perfect. Made use of the rooftop patio on our sunny warm days. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Will rent again. Thank you for working your rental magic.
