Laketown Wharf sits right next to Signal Hill Golf Course, which is open to the public. On the lake each evening, Laketown Wharf has their very own spectacular musical fountain show, with different themes of music. Great attractions are also within walking distance including Wonder Works, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Putt Putt Golf, and Go Karting.

The BEACH is right across with street with a private access gate. Gate code will be provided closer to check in date.

Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and other attractions are within a 15 min drive from the resort.

You can park your vehicle in the south garage which is closer to the condo. There are golf karts and slingshots available for rent nearby. We can provide rental company information that may even deliver the golf karts and/or slingshots to the property.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be able to utilize parking, pools, gym, and other amenities at the resort, you will need to pay a resort fee of $60 if paid in advance (+ fees & taxes) or $70 if paid in person on arrival (+ fees & taxes). This fee is paid directly to the resort. This is a one time fee regardless of duration of stay and occupancy.

This fee is NOT mandatory to make the reservation and stay on the property. This is only required if you plan to use the available amenities and park a vehicle on the property.
