LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Welcome to Calypso UNIT 1-1604. Three bedroom two full bath BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT condo. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Short walking distance to Pier Park Mall which has a variety of shops, restaurants and activities for the whole family to enjoy. Calypso is located directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of Mexico and has two gulf front pools. Enjoy the most spectacular sunsets from our balcony after a fun day at the beach!!!

*** Beach Chair service is include from March 1st thru October 31st.***

Amazing!

There was a beautiful ocean view! The condo was walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. Everything inside the condo was very clean, and I appreciated it being well stocked with essentials. The included beach chairs and umbrella were great for enjoying the beach. The host provided pleasant and thorough communication. I definitely look forward to staying here again!!

The Condo was perfect ! the decor was fitting for the beach front ocean view, location was great, everything within walking distance ..pier park mall, pompano Joe's Margaritaville ,etc would recommend this location for a wonderful stay.

Great condo, perfect location!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The views from the condo are beautiful, will definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Accomodations

Had a great time staying. Short father and son's trip. The view was incredible, accommodations were perfect and Ted was very quick with communications. Lot's of local places to eat and shop within short walk and easy Uber ride from airport. Chair service on beach was a nice add and the pool was warm. 5-star rating and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation! View is just like the photos. Our first experience using VRBO, hope all in the future meet this standard. Tons of restaurants and things to do.. stay here you won’t regret.

As soon as I walked in the condo my first thought was it smells so good in here. It was very clean, and spacious. I was very impressed. Perfect view of the beach, also a very short walk to Pier Park. This was a very easy process. This was the perfect location to stay.

Condo was fabulous! Family stayed here for spring break and the place, location and owner were outstanding. Right on the beach, right next to everything at Pier Park, just a great condo in a great location with a great view! Thanks Ted!

Spring Break ‘24

The property is beautiful, clean, very maintained and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and super clean, stunning views of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen was fully stocked & we loved the 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach every day. Communication with the owner was exceptional! Our daughter left something behind and the cleaners found it and Ted reached out to us and even shipped it back! We can’t wait to return again!

This property is very clean with a great view located in a great location on beach blvd. It is walking distance to Pier Park. Ted is the best property owner hands down. He answers all of your calls for assistance at any time, he is very professional and informative. I highly recommend this beachfront rental condo. FYI: The pictures does this property no justice, It is beautiful! We truly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back.

WONDERFUL CONDO!!!!

Me, my husband, 10yo, 8yo, 5yo, and 4mo children all stayed in this condo and had plenty of room! We stopped in AL on our way down from IL, we were thinking we would have a lot of time to kill before we could check in. Ted messaged me letting me know it would be ready by noon, then upon further conversation he told me to let him know if we would be there earlier and he could give us a different code to get in. This was awesome because by the time we made it, it was lunch time for all of the kids and we were able to go straight to the condo instead of wandering around for hours. The condo was very clean and well stocked — family members stayed with a different host on the 20th floor and were only provided 4 forks, spoons, etc, for the entire week (there were 4 of them). We had plenty of silverware that we didn’t have to wash something each time we wanted to eat. The washer and dryer was a plus with having multiple kids, they’re bound to get something on their clothes at some point. The condo was within walking distance to pier park, the pier, and we were right on the beach! Ted was great at communicating with us before our stay as we thought we may have to tweak our stay with my daughter competing in tumbling and he was more than willing to work with us and he was always quick to respond to questions about our booking. 100% recommend this condo and Ted as a host. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place during our PCB vacation. I will definitely stay here again!!
