This spacious unit can accommodate up to 12 guests and is located just minutes away from the popular Dollywood and its exciting attractions. With plenty of sleeping arrangements and exciting amenities, our vacation rental has everything you need for a memorable trip to the Great Smoky Mountains!

The Space:
Welcome to our brand new townhome located just 10 minutes from all the action! This two-bedroom townhome is in a quiet neighborhood - very close to all of the attractions, food, and fun but tucked away from the traffic for some country living!

This neighborhood is really easy to access with just some rolling hills but no switchbacks, sharp turns, or inclines. It allows you to be close to all the action and not have to worry about your car!

- You'll enter from the parking lot right into our living room. The lot has some great views of the Tennessee valleys that surround you.
- The living area has a big comfy couch, coffee table, and SmartTV, perfect for enjoying some Netflix at the end of a long day.
- Just beyond the living room, you'll find our kitchen table and dining are perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a drink after a long day.
- Next to the dining area is a kitchen with all modern appliances - microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, etc. and is stocked with the essentials
- From the dining area, step out through the sliding glass doors to your own private patio area.
- Finally, we conveniently have a laundry room with washer & dryer as well as a half bathroom on the first floor.

- A master suite with a flatscreen TV, a dresser for your clothes, and a large double closet
- Our 2nd bedroom with spacious queen bunk beds, a TV for your viewing pleasure and an arcade game for some late night (or early morning!) fun! PacMan anybody?

- Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and (as always) fresh, clean towels.

We have equipped the mountain chalet with a 4-person BRAND NEW PRIVATE hot tub right off the game room and bunk room. Enjoy relaxing after a long day hiking the trails and take in the lights of Pigeon Forge below.

- Linens are provided, Sheets, pillowcases, comforters (NOT Blankets)
- You will likely see and hear critters. Please keep windows and doors closed at all times.
- We provide a starter set of towels. There will be at least 1 towel per person on the reservation. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and laundry detergent. For longer stays you will need to buy more!
