Family vacation

We were kind of sad we did not find a cabin for our family vacation, but this condo did not dissapoint at all. Very spacious and warm place. The jacuzzi did not heat the water though and we had to call because one of the showers did not have hot water, but they were prompt to fix the problem early next day.We enjoyed it!!

Very convenient location

This property is very convenient for getting around Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg without having to get stuck in the main Parkway traffic. We found using the phone GPS for directions to be easier than the directions sent by the management company. It’s about as close to Dollywood as you can get without staying on their property.

Spring Break 2021

We really enjoyed the floor plan of the condo. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great view. The kitchen had most everything we needed and the ice maker was a plus. The couches in the living room were peeling which needed to be addressed asap. We would stay there again (just not during spring break, toooooo crowded!).

The location was great, but there were some issues with the TVs (could only get 1 channel on a couple). There were also some toilets/showers that had issues with the water running/dripping. Overall I think it was a good place for the price.

Rental was very clean. Had a little trouble with keypad door lock. Heat pump quit working the second night but was repaired quickly the next day. The layout of the rental was great for families and giving each group there private space

Last minute perfection!

We saw that snow was in the forecast and since my 12yr old had never experienced snow, we booked super last minute. We were super surprised with the place! It was MUCH larger than we expected. (Again, last minute…didn’t read the listing completely). We all enjoyed the hot tub watching the sun set. The location was perfect especially since we had two day passes to Dollywood. We will for sure be coming back!!

Awesome condo!

We stayed in the Pinnacle View 7A condo for 3 nights and I highly recommend it. The condo was just as described online, very clean and spacious along with a grill and a hot tub. The setup was awesome (3 bed, 3 bath & 2 bunks), which allowed everyone their own room. We were one of the first guests to try out the new Alexa system and we loved it. We asked Alexa about food/entertainment in the area, hours of operation, and had her play music while inside. The price was average (as we've stayed in Pigeon Forge before), and the condo was very nice. We will definitely book with Eden Crest again.
