Updated and remodeled single family home on a park like setting in the backyard. As you sit on the porch, watch the birds out in the nature area. This 2BD/1.5BA house has been freshly painted and is bright and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and in the Florida room there is a daybed with two twin beds. There is a 4K smart 55" tv in the living room with Roku. Two more tv's with roku too. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, glassware, utensils, pots and pans dishes, Krups coffee maker. We have plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a washer and dryer that you may use with laundry soap. Enjoy being close to many stores, restaurants, and beaches. Want to go to the beach? There are a few you can go and visit Anclote Beach is 4.8 miles Fred Howard is 8 miles, Honeymoon Island is 16.2 miles, and the sponge docks(Tarpon Springs) is 4.9 miles away. We have beach towels , coolers, and chairs that you can take to the beach. No Smoking and No Pets are allowed at this property.
