The place is souranded by restaurants with live music (5 minutes drive )2 miles to public beach or 2 miles to popular SunWest outdoor water park ideal for family fun spending day on blue water laguna beach. Entire 2 floors of the house 1350 sf 3 bedrooms,2 bath, kitchen, living room, laundry room plenty of space inside the house or outside on wrap around porch or yard. 2 kayaks available, fishing on the dock or on the side of the house, watching amazing sunsets and grilling on porch just relaxing. 20 miles to Clearwather 15 miles to Weeki Watche to state park with crystal clear spring water ideal for family fun swimming kayaking or one &only live Mermaid show. We do live on main floor. Interacting with guests thru email phone text messages 24/7 anytime is needed.
