The host was VERY RESPONSIVE, location great, close to everything, love all of the shelving--the fenced in back area was perfect off of the Bedroom, definitely our go to Philly retreat!
This apartment was beautiful, and very clean. The location is great and Andrew was really helpful during our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we're back in Philly
We really liked staying at the apt. It was clean !
We really liked the location in Fairmont. Nice local restaurants. We would rent again on a future visit!
We travel to Philadelphia every year and have stayed at many places. This has , by far, been our most favourite! Close to many amenities and great parking. Hope to return next year! Thank you, Andrew
A really lovely apartment. Really clean, well stocked with essentials/kitchenware/bathroom/cleaning items. The host was really helpful and communicative, and there was convenient on street parking nearby. I would have booked this spot for my entire stay in Philadelphia if it had been available. 100% would recommend and will be booking again on my next trip.
Recently stayed here for a weekend... It's exactly what we wanted. Chill, pet-friendly place within walking distance to restaurants (and the Philly Phlash). Great communication with the owner. Low key PERFECTION.
Beautiful apartment and a great location! We parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Many great restaurants nearby! Just a quick walk to the museum to see the Rocky Statue. Our dogs loved the front window and entertaining everyone that walked by. We are from the “country” so they were kept busy watching so many people walk by. The apartment was very clean and the back patio was a very nice addition for our dogs to get outdoor time in addition to many walks in the neighborhood. Host was very responsive and made excellent recommendations on food and places to see. We were there for a weekend stay to see a concert nearby. Next time we will stay longer and really explore Philly more. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time.
We were very happy with this rental, it was a great homebase for visiting friends and family. It's near where we used to live and we are very familiar and comfortable with the neighborhood. We used the pay parking lot across the street ($17/day, but worth it). We walked every day: downtown, parkway area (dog park on Winter Street), museums. Best of all, we got to visit neighborhood food options: Whole Foods, Small World Seafood, 22nd St Farmer's Market, Vetri Pizza, Christie's Deli, Little Pete's, Musette, Zorba's!
Andrew was extremely responsive, but we really didn't have any issues, just questions. The space was comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay again.
Great location for museums - and for center city events and attractions. The ground floor apartment has an adaquately equiped kitchen and overall was very comfortable. There's a nice, private patio in the back (although too cold for us to use it in February). We would (and probably will) rent it again for future visits. There is no dedicated parking spot, but there is plenty of street parking although finding an open spot, and understanding the parking restrictions, was a bit of a challenge. There is a city pay lot across the street, though. We just parked the car (on Fairmont) and walked or used Uber.
The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable firm bed and had essentials stocked. We enjoyed the location, very walkable. Whole Foods was about 10 min walk. A deli and several nice restaurants and bars within 5 minutes. The only disappointment was the sleeping arrangements. The listing shoes a queen bed and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Only a couch. It was wide and thankfully my formed didn’t mind sleeping on it. We spoke to the host, late at night when we arrived. He stated there was an aerobed (blow up mattress) as well and didn’t realize the pictures on the listing showed the bed and sofa bed We were disappointed and was not thrilled about the blow up mattress. It does not sleep 4 comfortably. Possibly a child or young person wouldn’t mind the couch and blow up mattress. It sleeps 2 and 3 is questionable. The host was accommodating in getting us a new toaster quickly and another blanket.
