Could not have been a more perfect stay! From the decor, the comfortable beds and linens, the privacy, the amazing back deck, and just the overall feel of this place, Allen has created the perfect retreat. As a travel nurse, it’s so close to many local hospitals, which is also great! When I am in the area again, I will absolutely stay here.
Enjoyed this stay. Great communication, location and pretty clean. The windows over the showers could use some stylish window privacy film; kinda felt like people could see me. Either way, I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this location.
The house was in a wonderful location, very clean and well provisioned. Allen was great and proactive with communication. We had a very comfortable stay and hope to return.
Our stay in Allen's lovely home was topnotch - warm, clean and comfy, with just the right amenities to help relax between our planned activities with family. Allen was proactive in communicating with me, and a pleasure to work with. No complaints - we will hope to stay at Allen's place next time we're in Atlanta!
The house was fully equipped with kitchen supplies and everything you could need. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is great for a family with other kids or multiple groups. Our teenagers were able to have their own bedrooms on the lower level with a bathroom and living space so they could stay up and not keep the whole house up. Parking on the street was always available and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. We went to a different coffee shop nearby each day and there are plenty of restaurants, if you don’t want to cook.
We were so glad to be able to stay here for the second time for a week! The kitchen is gorgeous, the whole place is very clean, and the host is very attentive with replacement towels, etc.
We really enjoyed our stay at Allan’s. The house was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipt. Plenty of room for our group (5 adults) to eat together, watch the game together (go Birds!) or get away for quiet time when needed. Allan was very responsive to texts. We will definitely stay here again when in the area
Allen was very kind, accommodating, and attentive as a host. We were in town for a Cowboy Carter Girls’ Weekend and having a pleasant & comfortable stay added to an incredible weekend!
Smooth check-in, check-out, and communication with the host. Allen goes above and beyond for his guests, and I appreciate that a lot. I would certainly stay here again if I’m back in Atlanta.
Quiet, clean and convenient place to stay while working in Atlanta for a week. Really appreciated the workspace in one of the downstairs bedrooms - just wish there'd been better lighting set in that room rather than the one small lamp. Excellent, reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and a beautiful neighborhood. Would DEFINITELY stay here again in the future.
Wonderful historic bungalow in Atlanta. The property is in a nice area that is reasonably proximate to downtown Atlanta, Decatur, restaurants and Emery University.
