Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped apartment at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just half a block from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from your private balcony with a view in the morning, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

In this brand-new studio, there is a 55" Smart TV, a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower and two sinks.
The balcony has a couple of outdoor chairs and a table to enjoy the breeze of the Pacific Ocean.
The kitchenette is finished in granite and is fully equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a mini fridge, a toaster, a blender, a filter coffee maker, and all the cooking basics.

*** This studio connects to a one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a fully equipped kitchen to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit for up to 6 guests. Ask for more information.

*Guest access*

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.

Don't forget to visit "Maré by Bay Property & Rentals" located on the rooftop terrace of LIFE Bucerias. An elegant space ideal to work with high-speed internet, and to enjoy an ocean-view jacuzzi, delicious food, and refreshing premium drinks.

*Other things to note*

*There is a cleaning service included for every seven nights of stay. If your stay is less than seven nights and you would like a cleaning service, it can be scheduled for an additional cost.

*This apartment does NOT have a parking space but you can rent one for $150 pesos per night upon arrival (subject to availability).

*Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to borrow for our guests in the condo.

*This unit is open for long stays with a special rate, ask for availability.

Room 518

Stay was fine. Great location! Would have liked more towels and a blind on the small window as the lights went on and off all night. Overall we had a nice holiday and will probably come back. The restaurant and bar on the roof were great! Cheers!

Location, location, location

New building right downtown Bucerías. Close to some of my favourite bars and restaurants. The pool is a great temperature but had more chlorine than I liked. People working here are great, very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

A comfortable condo

We enjoyed our two nights in this modern and comfortable studio condo. The LIFE building has a great pool and gym, is centrally located among many good restaurants and only a block from the beach. We recommend this property.
