The upper level living space can host a large group of guests. It has large dining tables, sofa beds, and an island with bar stools. The lower level living space has a 75" smart TV and sofa beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and cookware for your cooking needs. The stove has a built-in air fryer where you can prepare healthy snacks in no time. There is a coffee corner for you to make freshly brewed coffee or simply use the Keurig coffee machine to get a quick cup of coffee. The kitchen closet has large utensils and pots and pan set. The master bedroom has a handcrafted midcentury queen bed, shower, vanity, and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms also have handcrafted queen beds where you can sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have new mattresses and bedding that will help you to have a sound and refreshing sleep. There are three hand crafted bunk beds. The house has access to high speed internet and all TVs in the house are Smart TVs. The main attraction of this house is the private backyard that is accessible only to the guests. It has a fenced-in area with a patio swing and play area. All bathrooms have body shower and shampoo dispensers. Bathroom towels and essentials are kept under the sink in each bathroom. There are extra supplies (e.g. towels, pillows, comforters) in the master bedroom closet. The entire house with all amenities and space is for the guests. 16 people can sleep comfortably in the two levels. Use stairs to access the ground level (for fire pit and fenced area). You can bring two pets for a pet fee of $100. There is an outdoor security camera near the main entrance. The camera is turned off when guests stay. Guests have access to the entire property. The property is located on a steep hill and some areas around the property are not accessible. Please adhere to the posted signs.
