Cozy Condo was perfect for what we needed. In fact it was very close to the venue for the concert we went to see. It had everything we needed. We were able to cook and very close to several restaurants when we didn’t want to cook. We enjoyed our stay!

The home was quiet and located in a prime spot in my opinion! My only critique would be the kitchen needs a larger trash can, and maybe a good clean for things like the fan and baseboards. The beds were clean, a crate for our pup was provided, and the condominium was quiet. Will definitely stay again.

The property owner was immediately responsive to my questions and helpful with dining suggestions. Perfect location to see the sights, dining and shopping. Close enough to Austin to enjoy what Austin has to offer, but far enough away to be quiet and safe. Booked for the price, will stay here again for the location and owner.

It was close to the college. A little difficult to find but once we arrived we knew the entrance afterwards. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors a little stretchy but did not bother us. I would stay there again.

Great host, great property

Needed a place for myself, mother, and two kids to stay for a weekend getaway to the river. This condo is small, but didn't miss a beat with amenities. Hostess was quick to respond to my couple questions. Property is quiet despite being close to I-35. Also, very little traffic because of it's tucked away location. Only 5 minutes from the Lions Club Tube Rental and a quick 20-25 minute drive to Gruene. Very happy with our experience. Will book again!

College Visit

We killed a few roaches and there were several lightbulbs that were out. The parking lot clearly stated that towing was enforced but our car was never towed. It's in an apartment complex with a WIDE variety of tenants. The property owner was willing to accommodate us for a late check out and that was appreciated.

Not what we expected

There is a reason why the apartment complex is not included in the photos and only the front door is shown. We arrived and texted the owner we did not feel safe due to event unfolding in the parking lot. We didn't even go in. We scrambled around and found 1 hotel room during the eclipse. Owner was quick to respond.

Coming from the Edwards Aquafier, the San Marcos River flows throughout the city while staying at its cool 72 degrees year-round. San Marcos also has 850 acres of natural areas and parkland located within the city limits for exploration.

When you need a break from the outside there is always San Marco's Historical Downtown. Where you can find many local restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques.
