Thankful family

We had a wonderful time in Pittsburgh for the 2023 Thanksgiving holiday. We came from New York State, Texas, Maryland and Virginia and were comfortable and all together in the house, with plenty of bedrooms, two kitchens for our feast and plenty of parking. Thanks everyone!

Awesome Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Three full floors with bedrooms, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens on each level. Perfect for larger groups to spread out. Plenty of parking as well. Host went above and beyond and was very accommodating. Highly recommended and would love to stay again for future trips!

Pirates / Cubs weekend

Family from Chicago to Raleigh met to watch a couple of games, do a little sightseeing, and just hang out. Perfect in every regards for that.

Brandi began her journey in 2016 as a STR connoisseur listing accommodations in the basement of her home as an experimental side hustle. She quickly knew she'd found her passion of hospitality, which also supported her professional background in Interior Design. Within a year, she'd acquired several small listings around the Pittsburgh area, listing both as rental arbitrage as well as co-hosting for out-of-state investors.

Brandi particularly loves the design & preparation phase of development, giving each listing their own individual personality. As a minimalist, Brandi strives to minimize waste by thrifting locally sourced furnishings and encouraging proper recycling procedures.

In her spare time, Brandi enjoys exploring with her son, sourcing inspiration for projects around the city, tennis, enjoying live music, and renovating her 1987 Fleetwood Bounder!
