The house is beautiful and comfortable, with great views of the skyline. Parking is great. The kitchen with connected dining space is terrific. The house's layout is a bit unusual. Four rooms are set up as bedrooms. Three are on the main floor. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The original master bedroom has a connected bedroom, probably originally a library office, with a double-bed bunk. While there's no sightline between the beds in the two rooms, and you can dress out of view of the occupant in the attached room, it's important to note that there is no privacy door between these connected rooms. You can see this looking closely at the photos of the property, so this wasn't a surprise. The master bedroom and connected bedroom share a luxurious bathroom and walk-in closet. The living spaces and fourth bedroom are on the second floor. Sleepers in the second-floor bedroom use an adjacent guest powder room that also serves the living spaces, (kitchen, living room, dining room, porch and deck). To shower, the second-floor bedroom guests use the stairs or elevator to share a shower in one of the main floor bathrooms. Our group included four adult siblings, two bringing spouses, and the space worked brilliantly for us because the two siblings traveling solo were comfortable not having a privacy door between their bedrooms. Our pleasure staying at this rental was enhanced by the owner. Brad is an excellent communicator and responded rapidly to all queries and suggestions.
