Cute and Clean!
Stayed here four days and found the location to be perfect for visiting downtown and beyond. It was spotless and cozy. We had our dog with us so we really appreciated the fenced backyard.

Home away from home
The house is beautiful. We stayed for 8 days and in that time the guy that takes care of the hot tub came 4 times so it is well taken care of. The bathroom is a little tight and the water pressure is not great but I would stay there again.. The only problem I had was the flood lights kept going off and on all night so I contacted them and asked that they turn them off and they did. One thing that I would love for all the rental places to do would be to leave a broom, dust mop and mop in the homes so we can keep it clean while we are there. White floors are hard to keep clean.

well decorated within walking distance of old town
Cute small home that feels bigger because of the decor and how it is staged. Nice backyard that is perfect for kids to play and a nice pagoda with a picnic table to eat outside too. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we encountered were nice and polite. They made us feel welcome and not like we were just vacationers. We had the pleasure of walking down the street literally 2 blocks away and enjoyed live music and vendors at the Juneteenth celebration, which was great because of how important this area was during the civil rights movement. Lots of history right in the neighborhood to learn about from the people that live there as well as plaques in front of many homes. We love St Augustine and all there is to do downtown but this was the first time we stayed in Lincolnville and it was great, we literally walked downtown almost every night from the house. Great neighborhood, home and hosts!!
