Great location
The property was neat and clean. Property manager was quick to respond. Loved the Ice Plant and Fish Camp restaurants were excellent and in walking distance. We also walked to museums. Very lovely trip. I would recommend bringing enough clothes, the washer/dryer combination took much longer to dry. The house was updated and very neat. I recommend this for a sweet getaway to St. Augustine.

Cute property and very walkable
Instead of opting for a hotel when we visited St. Augustine, my husband and I decided to rent this property for the long weekend. The location is convenient to the restaurants, churches, and shopping on St. George Street. The property was immaculate, modern, and very cozy. For our family of four, it was perfect! The host, Kenneth, was extremely responsive and accommodating - excellent experience communicating with him. My favorite part of the property was the little sitting room with the writing desk and chess table. The kids played several rounds of chess and I spent a good hour there each night drawing and writing letters. There really is something to be said about staying in a local property within a neighborhood - compared to our previous stays in town (when we stayed in a hotel), we truly felt like we were part of the neighborhood this time. The Blue Hen Cafe is one block away and perfect for a quick breakfast. (Tip: If you head there after 9am on weekends, expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a table. It tends to fill up quickly.!

Clean and Convenient
We had a great time staying at this property! We are of an average fitness level, and we were able to easily walk to and from the historic downtown area -- we did not have to use the car at all while we were there. The Lightner Museum is especially close. The house was incredibly clean and well air conditioned. Everything is new. There is even a beautiful orchid although I forgot to take a picture. It was in bloom during our stay. Little details are great -- plenty of complementary coffee and tea options offered and there was cold water waiting in the fridge when we got there. Nice television with streaming options. Friendly neighborhood cats and a free book box three steps across the street. We didn't visit it, but there is a nice cafe very close by. The washer/dryer combo takes a long time to do a load but it works well. Host was very responsive to all of our questions and the WiFi worked well. Highly recommended!
