Enjoy stunning mountain views from your spacious private terrace or enjoy the 4 person splash pool which is also a jacuzzi with massaging jets. Please note $15/day charge for pool heat.

The Little Tuscany neighborhood of Palm Springs hugs our famous San Jacinto mountain and is dotted with beautiful homes. It's a quiet and serene part of Palm Springs perfect for a stroll or bike ride.
Downtown Palm Springs to the south is a mere 7 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
A 2 car garage is available upon request. Street parking is also available.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will be greeted by our house manager, Devin, at check in. A tour of property and how-to list will be shared, and the keys provided. He will be Please look for a text message from Devin in advance of the stay, 1-2 days before. Devin will be available throughout your stay.

Terra Cotta House

The home was beautiful, clean and spacious! It has a lot of kitchen space and cabinets for cooking! It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe, close to stores and restaurants! We enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Property

We stayed in this beautiful townhouse for three months and had a great time. The structure itself is modern and allows much sunlight with tremendous views of the mountains. The house is roomy and has a very well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had everything we needed for a long term stay. The property manager is one of the best we have ever had. He is very attentive and helpful with any issues. We enjoyed the close proximity to golf, hiking, gym workouts and downtown. We highly recommend.

Beautiful Place

Everything and everybody was super nice. Communications were great and he place immaculate. Our only complaint would be as seniors-one on a walker, accessibility was an issue; the beds were too high, the toilets were too low and there were no grab bars in the showers or toilets. It wasn't a deal breaker but I would encourage these modifications for safety's sake and for future stays.
