Nice place, easy check-in, but could use a couple of upgrades

The place was good and almost as advertised. Worked well for our family. However, one negative was that the listing indicated that there were 2 blowup air mattresses available that were not there, which was a bit of an inconvenience, and also no toaster, which I think should absolutely be a basic item in any kitchen. Also, a lack of trash cans about made keeping tidy a bit of a chore. Otherwise, we were happy with the rental for our family get together.

Nice property, Limited parking

The property was nice. However, the community felt very cramped. This was clearly built as a rental community. There is almost no street parking and the driveways barely accommodate two cars. If each car is parked on the very edge you can still open the doors between the cars, otherwise not so much. The listing says it sleeps 20 people (which it can based on beds and sharing with smaller children). However, if you had transportation for 20 people you would have a lot of difficulty parking. As a side note to that the occupancy rating is only for 10 people per the fire marshall. That is probably based on parking and accessibility.
