This Historic home is the perfect family friendly home that's close to downtown, the Hospitals and close to the largest medical facilities in the state. Situated up against the Rims and close to the airport. Two Master bedrooms. Bottom floor master has a fireplace and it's own laundry room. The top floor has the second master plus an additional laundry room.
The back yard is large and fenced for your dog. Enjoy the historic neighborhood with large trees lining the streets.

I have rented this property for several years because of its location to central downtown Billings and the pioneer park area which is great for tennis and many outdoor activities. The house has excellent old colonial charm. I must say the exterior property need some lawn maintenance compared to past years to keep up its curb appeal. The only other thing that I found unusual, this trip was all the bedding and linens were shoved into the linen closet. They usually have been folded and placed in the linen closet in the past. But all in all it is a wonderful home to entertain relatives and the many friends I have who still reside in Billings. It’s a beautiful older home which makes it so charming. It has a great patio in the back to sit and enjoy conversation and set up nicely for entertaining.

Property manager was very helpful and easy to work with. The outdoor space was great for hanging out and for our dog. The beds were comfortable and spacious house for all. The bonus for kids was the toys and play area in the living/family room.

Even though we originally thought we were going to bring our dog - we ended up not, but regardless, this house was perfect for our stay. The remote controls for the gas fireplaces were a bit tricky to figure out - but the property manager was quick to answer our questions... and we were eventually successful. All beds were super comfy and amenities were perfect. We even were serenaded by the local flock of wild turkeys that strolled through the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Very quaint colonial.

Ideal accommodations, and plenty of room for the family. Ideally located near the city park where you can play tennis and take walks. Everyone enjoyed it thoroughly.

The property is amazing! We had and emergency which required us to come early and extend our stay. The host was great on communication.The property is centrally located- 5 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to the medical centers, and 5 minutes from downtown.Again amazing property

The house is perfect for family gatherings. We held Christmas for 8 adults and everyone was very comfortable and had their own space. The kitchen easily accommodated all the cooking. The living room was spacious and comfortable for all festivities. The location is also easily accessible and close to everything. We all decided this VRBO was the best ever! Thank you!

Charming Colonial Home

Outstanding property that met the needs of the entire family. Conveniently located in central Billings, close to parks and downtown, and in an excellent quiet neighborhood. We sure enjoyed our time visiting with family and friends during our stay, the house was very comfortable and clean.
