Convenient location for this cozy & newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom ranch! Just a few minute walk to Lambeau Field, Titletown District and the Resch & Epic Centers! Fully furnished with everything your group needs for a memorable stay in Green Bay!

This location is ideal for a visit to Green Bay for families or groups! Plenty of space in this open-concept layout with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the lower level), along with a lower living room, laundry and general storage.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All HOME Packer games will require a 2 night minimum at a rate of $2,000/ night. Most weekends from July - December are marked unavailable until the 2024 Packer schedule is released sometime in May. Any dates not currently open for booking will open up at that time. Please contact me prior to booking and I will respond with the most up to date information.

We also park vehicles in the front & back lawns of the property for home Packer games. You would have parking in the garage and/or driveway. If you would prefer for us not to park cars, we will add a $300 fee to your reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking for a Packer home game that does not meet these requirements.

Concert weekend

We were in Green Bay for a concert at the Resch Center. The home was immaculate. We had plenty of room for our group of 8. Everything was very comfortable and we were within walking distance our venue. The host was excellent giving very clear and concise information . Excellent rental, would absolutely stay again.

THE best Packer Experience!

The property is per advertised - clean, big, garage is awesome, plenty of bedrooms and Tina was awesome to work with during the entire process! I am staying every time I host friends for the game! And BTW, I am a 20 year Packer season ticketholder hosting friends to the game and this was 5 star!

Mini Family Vacation

We arrived Friday night & we were amazed by how big, clean, & beautiful everything was. This was the perfect home for a weekend in Green Bay. We were able to walk to the stadium, shops, bars, Titletown, etc. in a short amount of time. It was the perfect distance. Tina (the host) also gave us recommendations as to what to visit in the area & we appreciated that very much. Tina was great & even provided a welcome basket. The whole stay my family kept saying how we need to stay here next year & how much they loved the home. We wish we had a longer stay but had a great time. Overall, the best place to stay in Green Bay & we all recommend it.

Fantastic stay!

This house is well appointed with everything we needed. Open, spacious, and modern. Our group of ten never felt cramped. We appreciated the plentiful, big towels. The kitchen had everything needed, even a garlic press! Parking in the garage was a luxury. So cool to see the stadium from the front door. Tina was very responsive if ever I reached out. Thank you!

Wonderful home and great location!

This is a beautiful home with great location and amenities! We had a family group of 10 all coming together for a family reunion in Green Bay. This house is very spacious, decorated beautifully, and well-maintained. So happy to have found this property!

Packer Backer Bachelor (Party)

The house was super clean, cozy, and spacious, enough for eight guys to comfortably stay. The kitchen and living area are all open, the perfect space for everyone to congregate and play games. The garage was also the perfect size to play two simultaneous games of bag toss! The basement is finished, and very cozy. I appreciate the property manager's check-ins. And probably the most important: less than 5 minute walk to Lambeau!

Great house

8 women in town for golf tournament. The house is great. Very clean and beds are comfortable. We will be back next and we will try to get the house again. Tina is a great host.

Multiple stays

I stayed here 2x for 2 weekends in a row with separate groups of people. What a wonderful "at home" VRBO. The host is so friendly and made sure we were taken care of right down to making sure the BBQ has propane. We played corn hole in the back yard after our bowling tournament. Very comfortable beds. Amazing! Beautiful home and could easily sleep 13 people maybe even 14. There are 3 bedrooms with TV's for those who like to sleep with noise. 2 bedrooms on lower level for those who want no TVs and peace and quit when they sleep. The basement is fully finished and doesn't even appear to be a basement it's so nicely remodeled. Definitely a must stay.

Awesome Stay

We were a group of 6 kids and 6 adults. The kids ranged from ages 4-8 and were ecstatic about having the whole basement to themselves. U.S. parents were also excited about that. There were enough beds for everyone! The location was perfect for our afternoon at the Tundra Lodge and then the next day at Titletown and Lambeau. Everyone really enjoyed the stay, the space and the location. We would stay again!

Amazing ranch home

This home was wonderful from the time we pulled up into the driveway. We walked into the house and everything was immaculate. It really had a homey feeling. Tina (The Host) is extremely kind and very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable. Having a second seating area in the basement with a television was very convenient. Three of the bedrooms upstairs have televisions in them which was nice when you have a big group that wants to watch different things. This home is a must stay at!

Thanksgiving

We were looking for a place to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving and this was perfect! The hosts were very nice and very flexible with our needs. The property was perfect for the age range that was there for dinner, and everyone had a great time! Just a few of us stayed overnight and it was a great place to relax and watch movies afterwards as well. Watching the Packer game in the shadow of Lambeau Field was the icing on the cake.

Fantastic

Very, very nice. Super clean and close to the stadium. Had everything we wanted plus extra. The hostess helped us with anything we wanted or needed. Was just fantastic. Would recommend this palace to anyone. We are thinking about coming back next year already.
