Sandy Key’s beaches are forever protected by the neighboring National Seashore Preserve. If you prefer your walks on the beach, solely in the company of the sea gulls, Blue Herons and sea shells, then Sandy Key is the place for you. Sandy Key is located on 800 feet of Beach Front. This unit has 1495 SF of living area and a 200 SF beach front balcony. Ceramic Tile throughout Living, Dining, Kitchen. Foyer and Baths.

A NOTE FROM THE OWNER: Thank you for checking out our vacation home. Hopefully you will enjoy the awesome unobstructed views from our corner, top floor unit which is the best location in the complex! There are two balconies-from the Master Bedroom and Living Room and also from the middle guest bedroom. We have a variety of books and games for kids of all ages, a TV in each room, WiFi throughout. The kitchen has all you need to cook with plenty of plates and glasses. After a day on the beach, relax in the stress less style chairs, share a meal with friends and family around the large dining table or, even better, on the spacious balcony! Relaxing is easy here and we invite you to our beach home to make special family memories.

We arrived after hours, but the late check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The space itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed.The ocean views from both the balcony and the bedroom were absolutely stunning. The location struck the perfect balance—peaceful and not overly crowded, yet still conveniently close to a great grocery store, restaurants, and a few fun shops.The beach was gorgeous and easily accessible, even when carrying chairs, towels, and all our gear. The pool area was also well-maintained, with plenty of available seating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Perfect location!

The views were incredible and the short walk to the pool and beach made this vacation so relaxing. We never had to wait for the elevator and enjoyed the spacious bedrooms. The furniture could stand a bit of updating, but the location more than made up for it.

Good family vacation. Relaxing & nice area for families. Great location; close to restaurants & shopping. Condo was nice but needs some maintenance. Lots of room for a family of 8.

Perfect, quiet beach vacay!

This unit was EXACTLY like the pictures only slightly better given that the pictures make it seem smaller than it is. Beautiful views from both balconies. Our unit was ready at 9:30am on day of check in. We weren’t in town yet but I loved that because some places are strict and don’t budge on check in time. Perdido Realty Vacations manages this unit and they provided cute little starter kits for each bathroom and the kitchen. Kitchen had everything we needed. Top floor condo in the far East building which allows for beautoful panoramic views of the island, gulf and a slight bay view. Feedback-1. It would be nice if there were chairs on the East facing balcony to enjoy that view of the sunrise in the mornings. 2. wish there were a few more towels and wash clothes. We did have to wash them every night considering we used them every day for showers. There was enough for each person to get one use. 3. I wish the vanities were bigger in the bathrooms. It was manageable but would have been nice to have some counter space in there. We had a wonderful stay! Loved the property and the unit and would definitely consider staying again.
