Accurate listing for the most part. Beautiful quiet lake area. It was my first time with a vacation rental that was a shared space with owner so was not sure what to expect. Overall good stay.
We very much enjoyed the stay, great spot on the water. They supplied everything you might need for going to the beach. The fridge had drinks in it along with every kind of condiment. Very beachy decor, large and roomy apartment, bathroom was great as well. We met the owners, had a nice chat with them.
We had a great stay at this garage suite. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with excellent amenities. The space felt warm and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.
This place had everything we needed to make for a great vacation. Peaceful surroundings along with a nice touch of everything we needed to spend a day at the beach.
We had a great stay. Accommodations we very nice and clean. Shower is WONDERFUL! Decorations were adorable, so many cute details and items available to use (Beach Chairs, towels, beach games and Grill just to name a few) Had a fun time.
We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a perfect location for cocoa beach and port Canaveral. The fishing at the property is a must, we caught 5 fish. We also were able to see the alligators and manatees!
My brother and I traveled and stayed for bike week! Very spacious , and accommodating for bike and trailer! Even room to put an air mattress. Had everything we needed plus more !!

We loved our stay here. We saw turtles and alligators in the water every day and even saw manatee a few times. There's lots of wildlife in the neighborhood and tons of birds. The hosts supply lots of items to use if going to the beach including chairs and an umbrella. We will for sure stay there again if we are in the area. Very handy to Orlando airport. Good communication from the hosts.

Hello Tracy, thanks for choosing to stay with us! We look forward to accommodating you during your next visit to Brevard County.
Hosts -- Lisa and John -- are super helpful and sweet. Place is laid out with a separate deck for your own use if you wish to overlook the lake and go croc/manatee spotting.
10+ minutes to downtown Cocoa.
Great little place to stay, owners very hospitable and accommodating. Left us towels, beach chairs, drink cups, etc to use. Shower stocked with all amenities which is great when traveling by plane. Was nervous about staying in a “converted garage” but the place was cozy. Close to all the places we needed it to be. Would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our time there. The outside space really shows its age and is not quite what the pictures portray. The inside space is nicely decorated. You know you are in a garage. All the essentials are provided and it was comfortable.
John & Lisa pay close attention to detail. While the weather didn't cooperate, they provided all manner of equipment to enjoy the beach, their deck with a great view, fishing equipment, bikes etc. It was a very nice getaway for my wife and me.

Perfect overnight spot to relax and enjoy the water/ sunset/ sunrise. We enjoyed this spot one night before our cruise and it was a great location! Just watch for the lizards if you are not from Florida! Midwesterner here that had to get used to them! The neighborhood is very quiet and hardly saw anyone around honestly.

Clean and friendly but dated
The apartment was clean and John helpful but everything inside and out was very used and dated
My husband and I were in town for his work. I booked this location for him and I to stay and I'm so glad I did!
The communication with the property owner was quick and reliable!
I loved that they provided things like sunscreen, beach chairs and other stuff!!
The way everything was setup and handled was above and beyond my expectations! Really can't say enough great things!!

What a great location being 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Centre and also Cocoa Beach. The hosts were easy to contact/talk with. The best part we loved was being able to sit every evening on either the upper deck or the lower deck right on the canal water. The location is a double attached garage which has been converted into a big nicely decorated room with a private entrance. This room also has a smaller room within it which is a super clean bathroom with a big shower. Really cool place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood as well.
This VRBO was great! Very clean, colorful, cheerful with lots of space, amenities/supplies, and cute decorations! We really enjoyed our short 24 hour stay and appreciate the owners' efforts to make their place bright, fun and accessible. Friday night we enjoyed watching two gators cruise the waters and then Saturday morning, we were treated to five manatees coming in to graze on sea grass! Too cool! Thanks again!
