The location is great and the neighborhood very quiet. Nice to be able to easily walk to the heart of Cocoa village for shopping and dining.

Its a cute little property in a great location. 5 minute walk to cocoa village! Must have a chocolate crossaint at Ozarios! Just understand that the twin bed is in a kinda closet area. There are no outlets. Bring extension cord and fan. It was fine for 2 nights. The sofa bed was fine. The queen bed was comfy. Easy check in. Its steps from the pool which was cool on a hot summer day. We booked for location to kayak on Merritt Island! Great deal!!! The owner was great and easy to get in touch with! :)

Stayed here during a trip to Kennedy Space Centre. Really cute apartment. Had some difficulties finding it at first. Handy for the pool, sea stroll and lovely village nearby. The single bedroom was very tight so we didn’t use it and used the sofa bed instead. Otherwise really happy we found this.

Great location charming apt

We came in town for my 20 year HS reunion. The apt was very nice, tastefully decorated, and had some cool books about Florida. The location was perfect. We walked to Cocoa Village daily for lunch and to go to some bars. The apt building was clean and charming. Parking was easy once we figured out the one way streets. Overall just a wonderful location!!

Home away from home

I booked this for my son and his new wife for their wedding night. It was a beautiful place and very nicely decorated and very clean! Lori was very accomodating to my requests and replied immediately with any questions. I would highly recommend! I definitely would book her place again!

Misleading descriptor. Not well kept. Too much to list here. I’ve taken photos of all my disappointments of this experience, which was supposed to be special.

No hot water for the entire 2 nights stay. Dirty stiff washcloth found draped over shower curtain rod. Advised the owner at checkout via text of the lack of hot water and the dirty washcloth and received no response. Location is nice with a nice view of the river from the bedroom window. Nice pool for use during warmer weather. The renovation was done nicely with a nice modern appearance. Queen bed was comfortable. The twin size bed is not in a bedroom it’s in a nook or small space but it’s fine for a smaller person to sleep. The property could have been a little cleaner given the high cleaning fee.

We had an amazing stay in Cocoa Fla. the apartment was just what we were looking for. The only problem was that we didn’t have a remote for the living room light. Other than that we had a lovely time.
