The Space:

You step inside to a calm, light-filled home where African-inspired details and playful touches set an easy, vacation-ready mood. Days unfold at a relaxed pace here - mornings easing in with coffee at the kitchen island, afternoons drifting between shared living spaces and the pool, and evenings spent together after a full day exploring the area’s parks and resorts. The atmosphere balances comfort and fun, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.



The space

This entire home in Four Corners, Florida is brand new, modern, luxurious, and tastefully decorated, designed for families and groups who want space to spread out while staying connected. The main living area offers a generous setting for gathering, opening naturally into additional spaces that keep everyone comfortable throughout the stay. Stylish African accents add character, while thoughtful furnishings support both downtime and together time.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, with an additional sofa bed in the upstairs living area.

The home includes WiFi, a dedicated workspace in a common area, air conditioning, heating, laundry facilities, and self check-in with a smart lock. Parking is available on the premises and on the street.

The home is well-positioned for visiting Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, nearby golf courses, outlet shopping, and Orlando International Airport, making it a convenient base for both theme park days and relaxed resort time.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home has an electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
