This is a super clean, ready to rent Lake Havasu house. Great for those travelers who want to relax and feel at home. Wifi and Dish tv available. Hello! We are the Snawder family from southern California. This house was originally purchased by my mom and she, along with her family spent many memorable summers here. We also spent time at the house when the kids were young but now between travel baseball and club volleyball, we are running around like crazy and have decided to let someone else enjoy the house as much as we have.
Why they chose this property
We have redone absolutely everything to this house, new windows, new flooring, new AC unit, water softener system, you name it! We have also kept it super clean, as a matter of fact, its imaculate most of the time. We even have an exterminator spray the outside of the house every month to make sure it stays bug free. The garage even has a cooling and heating system.
What makes this property unique
This house is special because its sits away from Havasu center so the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but close enough for a night out on the town. Perfect for those who would like to rest and enjoy the lake.
