Wonderful home, wonderful Ballard location.

Nicole is an amazing host. The home is decorated and organized to perfection. The yard is completely fenced for the dog. A wonderful stay! Thank you!

Well appointed classic Ballard home in great area

We had a very nice stay in Nicole's house, which is an original Ballard home that she has updated very tastefully. We were warm and comfy, and enjoyed being able to walk to all the great stuff in downtown Ballard. Bedrooms are upstairs and the sole bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs are fairly steep, which could be inconvenient for nighttime bathroom runs. We felt safe with the handrail and treads but something to consider if this affects you. My small dog was welcome and we enjoyed the fenced yard and the mudroom (very convenient for drying a wet dog).

We are avid vacation home travelers and have provided you everything in this home that we look for when going on vacation with our family.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because it is right new door to where we live. It was going to be purchased by developers and torn down and we wanted to preserve the history of this home. We spend 5 month lovingly remodeling every inch of this home and are so pleased to be able to offer is for a vacation rental. Being that is on a beautiful residential street with lots of gorgeous homes and large trees and close to everything you could possible want on your vacation makes this home even more attractive for travelers. You will love being in this quiet and safe neighborhood where you can easily walk to coffee shops, bars, shopping, restaurants, breweries and more. No car needed.
