About this property

North Seattle bungalow near light rail and I-5.

Well-appointed home north of downtown Seattle.

Two parking spaces available in-front of the house.

Enclosed yard for you and your dog!

Easy access to I-5 and Northgate light rail station (20-minute walk or very short drive).

Short walk to UW Medical Center NW and Northacres Park (dog park!).

A plethora of restaurants within a mile of the home.

Tesla Supercharger is located at Northgate Station. (One mile from property)

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with the non-perishable essentials. (spices, olive oil, pots, pans, baking dishes).

Roku TV for easy access to your favorite channels. I keep it logged into Netflix and Amazon Prime for easy use.

The house has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. There are two twin "roll-away" style beds available that can be set up in the common area.

The salt water hot tub is in a shared space with the property owner. It can be made private for you at your request. I often keep the hot tub at lower temperatures during the summer. If you prefer a certain temperature please let me know before your arrival and I can adjust it for you!

House is conveniently located near I-5. This naturally creates some road noise outside the property.

(Owners entrance to attached dwelling unit is in the backyard. The front yard is your private space, but you might see me walking through the yard to my entrance in the back).

Airport Shuttle is available for a fee and with 24 hours advanced notice.

Such a lovely home.
An absolutely lovely host, with an absolutely love VRBO. The home is exceptionally clean, bright, and so welcoming. Cole's home made for a perfect place for our family to stay, with many of the little comforts of home provided in-house. Thank you again, Cole!

Cozy dog friendly stay!
We were incredibly impressed by the location, comfort and look of this charming home. Soft sheets and PLENTY of pillows was my selling point! There is an off leash dog park just a few blocks away that we frequented daily. The owner was quick to answer any questions, and is very friendly! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Seattle!

Fantastic!!
We feel as though we have found our perfect place to stay whenever we are in the Seattle area! The front yard garden is wonderful—a small rose garden, rhododendrons, fuchsias, perfectly kept lawn, table and chairs for garden picnics—I could go on and on. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, walk-in closet, soundproof, and amenities galore provided—even Kleenex, which so many VRBOs don’t provide. Our dog was welcomed—and even got to meet the owners’ two canines. Poop bags were provided, with handy disposal—and even a lovely throw was available to us for our dog to use while on the couch. Wifi worked great, and the home was spotless. Proximity to eateries galore—a fantastic NY-style deli, Chaiyo—a delicious Thai restaurant, Nutty Squirrel Gelato—which was outstanding, to Seattle’s downtown. Wow! 💚 Thank you Cole and Jason!!!

We are both born and raised in Montana and have been living in Seattle for the last seven years or so. Our favourite things are: taking the ferry to Whidbey Island and enjoying the dog beach there, going on long walks with our dogs, eating amazing food, cooking amazing food, hot tubs, and spending time with our chosen family.

Jason is a physician in family practice in Ballard. I work as a consultant from home.

I own the property and have only one short term rental, so you will have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and aim to exceed your expectations in every way.

Why they chose this property

The house is convenient to explore all of the Puget Sound area. It's north of the city center, making for less traffic if you are exploring north, or to the East Side, yet still super close to the Link Light Rail Northgate station making exploring the city easy as well. It is in a safe residential neighborhood of mostly single-family homes. The fully fenced yard is perfect for a dog.

The home is a short walk to Northacres Park, which features wooded walking trails, dog park, splash park and playgrounds for kids.

What makes this property unique

I am the owner operator of my home. I only have one rental so you’ll have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and your comfort, privacy and satisfaction. I am available quickly should you have any issues or need any assistance.

The property has a salt water hot tub , two dedicated parking spaces, and a fully fenced yard for your dog. The house is decorated with many original artworks, live plants, and has hepa filtrations throughout.
